How we're priced

One clean price.

Engagement

$7,500 upfront + 10% of Added Profit over Baseline

Six-month engagement. The 10% kicker is billed monthly during the engagement on each month's Added Profit over Baseline (incremental gross profit dollars vs. your trailing-12-month baseline at signing). If we don't put you on pace for $50,000 of added annual profit by month 6, we keep working at no additional cost. Your $7,500 implementation cost is your only obligation if we still miss within 12 months of signing.
