Short version: we collect the minimum we need to send you the playbook and follow up, we don't sell or share your data, and you can have it deleted on request. Plain-English details below.

This page is a plain-English summary written to give honest visibility into our data practices. A formal, jurisdiction- compliant version will replace it before any paid traffic campaigns launch. What we collect
When you download the playbook, we collect your email address and the one-question answer about your biggest current challenge. When you book a strategy call via the application form, we collect your name, business name, email, phone, revenue range, gross margin range, and a few short open-text answers about your business. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser, page accessed) for security and debugging.
How we use it
The email + challenge answer go into our nurture sequence so we can send you relevant operator content. The application form data is reviewed by Jacob personally before any call is scheduled. We use the information to decide if we're a fit and to prepare for the call (running a preliminary diagnostic on the numbers you share). We don't use it for anything else.
What we don't do
We don't sell, rent, lease, or share your data with third parties. We don't use it for advertising targeting beyond our own retargeting on visitors to this site. We don't use your business data to compete with you or to inform decisions at our own flooring company.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses minimal cookies for session management and basic analytics (page views, traffic sources). We use these to understand which content lands and where to invest. No personally identifying information beyond what you submit is shared with analytics providers.
Data we get during an engagement
If you become a client, we receive access to your P&L, job-cost data, Google Ads account (read-only), and other operational data needed to do the work. All client data is treated as confidential under our signed Services Agreement. We hold it only as long as needed to deliver the engagement plus a reasonable record-keeping period after.
How to request deletion
Email jacob@equitycommercialholdings.com and ask us to delete your records. We'll confirm within 7 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, except where we're legally required to retain records (e.g., transaction receipts for engagements that have been paid for).
Children
This site is for business owners. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Updates to this policy
When we make material changes, we'll update the date below and, for email subscribers, send a one-line notice.
