If we both think this is the right move, you get a written proposal with scope, timeline, pricing ($7,500 upfront + 10% of Added Profit over Baseline), and the full guarantee terms before you commit to anything.

- ×You're under $2M in annual revenue. The math on our pricing only makes sense above $2M. Below that, you'd benefit more from a hands-on operator coach than from our systems.
- ×You want a marketing agency. We rebuild how your business makes money. Ads are one of six things we touch. If your only problem is ads, hire an agency - it'll be cheaper.
- ×You want a coach. We're not in the motivation business. We diagnose, we build the systems, our team runs implementation alongside yours. If you want weekly accountability calls and journaling prompts, this isn't it.
